We are early, product led, and ambitious. At Nava Insights, growth is not something added after the product. It is tightly connected to how value is experienced, shared, and trusted. We are now looking for a Head of Growth to help scale Nava Insights responsibly, creatively, and fast.
This is a career defining role for someone who wants to build the growth function from the ground up in a company defining a new category.
The Role
We are hiring a Head of Growth to own and drive Nava Insights’ growth strategy end to end. From acquisition and activation to expansion and long term momentum.
You will work closely with founders, product, sales, and engineering to scale Nava Insights from early traction to sustained growth. Growth at Nava Insights must always stay aligned with product quality, research credibility, and long term trust.
This is a hands on leadership role. You will design the strategy and execute it yourself.
What You’ll Do
- Own Nava Insights’ growth strategy across the full funnel including acquisition, activation, engagement, and expansion
- Design and execute multi channel acquisition initiatives across SEO, paid search, performance marketing, social, community driven growth, and targeted experiments
- Plan and execute events, conferences, and partnerships with a clear focus on measurable pipeline and learning
- Build a strong content and storytelling engine including webinars, case studies, insight reports, blog content, and thought leadership
- Establish a growth experimentation framework with rapid testing, clear hypotheses, and tight feedback loops
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to strengthen product led growth loops and improve onboarding and conversion flows
- Work cross functionally with sales, research, and customer teams to ensure a coherent customer journey and consistent narrative
- Lay the foundation for Nava Insights’ long term growth function including tools, processes, and metrics
You Are a Good Fit for This Role If
- You have 3 to 6 plus years of experience in growth, marketing, or go to market roles within B2B SaaS
- You are comfortable owning growth end to end from strategy to execution
- You combine analytical rigor with creativity and care about both data and narrative
- You thrive in early stage environments where priorities evolve and clarity is something you help create
- You have a strong bias toward action and no task feels too small if it moves the company forward
- You care deeply about craft and impact rather than volume or vanity metrics
- You are curious, collaborative, and energized by talking directly with customers
- You are excited about building the growth engine for a company defining a new category
